I am so relieved that Celia had a peaceful end, though I can imagine how much you will miss her; you have been a tremendous partnership.

This has been so sudden, it is hard for me to think straight. But I want you to know that you are in my thoughts, and that if I can do anything to make the practical things easier for you I hope you will ask me.

When there is an opportunity to say goodbye to Celia, Jeanette and I will hope very much to be there.

In the meantime, look after yourself. Your friendship means a lot to me.
